On October 15, 2015 Ray Morgan Company held its 31st annual Oktoberfest. We also celebrated the grand opening of the new Professional IT Services building. As attendees, arrived they were checked in using Samsung’s tablet and the new EZ Check In using the latest technology. This process would have each attendee type in their e-mail address and the Samsung would print a single page front and back which included the agenda, a name tag, 2 raffle tickets and a map of the event.
The latest products and solutions were showcased throughout the event which included 3 breakout sessions; “Document Management with Workflow,” “Tomorrow’s Office Today” and “Laserfiche User Groups.” The three sessions were held in the conference room in the new ProIT building which was filled to capacity each session. Timothy Waters quoted “We enjoyed ourselves and walked away with more information.” David Townsend from Butte County IS added “We had a great time yesterday and felt the time was well spent.”
The turnout to Ray Morgan Company’s 31st Annual Oktoberfest was the highest attendance in over 30 years. According to Sales Manager Mike Drakulic, “With the amount of interest in equipment shown by attendees we are predicting to see a record 4th quarter for Ray Morgan.”
